Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that meet all the following conditions:

  1. Items are complete, with all original accessories and tags included. 
  2. Items are not promotional, discounted, clearance, or final sale items. 
  3. The return is due to manufacturing defect or a delivery-related issue. 

Items that are damaged, broken, or incomplete due to customer misuse or error are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

All return or exchange requests must be approved by us. 
Returned items will be inspected, and our decision regarding the item’s condition and eligibility is final.
