How long does it take for home delivery?

3–5 working days in Singapore, scheduled delivery options available.

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use Hemma’s trusted courier network and partner carriers for last-mile delivery.

Why am I being charged for delivery?

Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders; extra charges apply for oversized, express, or remote-area deliveries.

I haven't received a dispatch email/ order confirmation

Check your spam/junk folder, verify the email on your order, and contact us with your order number if still missing.

Why does it not say on the website that some parts will be delivered by the branch?

Some parts are dispatched from local branches, shipping notes appear on the product page or checkout where applicable.

Can I collect from a local store?

At the moment, all orders are delivered directly to your address. We do not offer self-collection or in-store pickup. This helps us ensure every item is properly checked and handled before delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Weekend delivery is sometimes available for selected areas and products, choose it at checkout where offered.

How do i return an item?

To start a return, simply contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll arrange either a collection from your location or guide you on how to send the item back to us.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

We process refunds within 48 hours after inspection; bank transfers typically take 3–7 business days to appear.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage depends on the reason: Hemma covers returns for faulty/incorrect items.
